Tame Impala National Tour + Debut Album 'InnerSpeaker' Out May 21
Modular is proud to announce that West Coast sonic wanderers Tame Impala will unveil their debut album InnerSpeaker on May 21, and are taking to the road in May for a National Tour. It will be the first time much of the record is played live to an unsuspecting public and will showcase the gloriously dazzling results of one of planet earth's most exciting bands absolutely going to town on their debut long player.
Following on from their debut, self-titled EP, InnerSpeaker is Tame Impala's chance to paint a far more extensive picture than before, and sure enough it redrafts the entire Tame Impala world as we knew it, into an explosive cosmic wonderland of ecstatic harmony and perfectly accessible journeys into inner space.

Understatement: Eric Duncan has his tricky fingers in many a musical pie, so to speak. Whether he's busy being DrDunks, Rubbing 'n Tugging, Still Going, driving the C.O.M.B.I. or playing epic two day sets before literally tearing up the dance floor of the Passerby club - he's doing something - and that something is probably more than what you're doing. Which might explain why he can't seem to remember/be bothered to give us a tracklist for this Modcast. When Eric handed us his 'Eric Duncan AKA DrDunks BalEric D Mix'* mix, he had this to say:

Download: Tame Impala - "41 Mojitos" (Poolside Dub Canyons Remix)
Sometime during the fine year that was 2009, Canyons took the musical liberty of getting all up in fellow Western Australians Tame Impala's track "41 Mosquitoes" and in the process transformed it into a a dusty, hallucinogenic dub remix appropriately titled: "41 Mojitos" (Poolside Dub Remix).

Cut Copy Updates and Happenings
Things have been a little quiet lately for camp Cut Copy - or have they? The boys recently put rumours firmly to rest with the following message (we've taken the liberty of picking out some highlights), sent out to their loyal fan base late last week, bringing us all well and truly up to speed and into the 'now'.
